Could use some spices.

Truly pork sauage. We enjoyed in sauerkraut and onions with mashed potatoes. Good comfort type dinner. We thought the brawls could use a little more spice, but they were very good when we added our own.

I dont eat brats often. But maybe its because I never had these! No fatty pieces and perfect size. I used the Guy Fieri “Grilled beer brats with peppers and onions” recipe and just used pan vs grill. Perfection snd new favorite.

Miki,
I am definitely going to try that recipe. I love Guy Fieri.

German Sausage

This is just like the pork sausage my siblings and I (and later my husband and I made) grew up on. Not spicy, just pork, salt and pepper.
