-Half or whole hog is $3.49/lb. (Hanging weight*) plus processing costs
-Deposit of $100.00 required in advance to reserve half or whole hogs.
*Hanging weight is the weight of the hog prior to processing. By using this option it gives you the ability to have your hog custom cut to your specifications. You as the customer will be responsible for all processing cost, which typically include a fee for harvesting, cutting and wrapping. There will also a charge for smoking of hams, bacon and brats. The processing fees will vary depending upon the processor.
