All fresh pork is cut and frozen immediately to preserve its freshness. All meat by the cut will be packaged in thick cryovac pouches to extend its freezer life.
Circle B Ranch Hams are fully cooked. You can eat the ham right out of the package, but heating them will bring out the full flavor of the product.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the Hickory Smoked Ham from the package and place ham into a roasting pan. Heat the ham for 1-1 1/2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Transfer the ham to a carving board. We always suggest letting the ham stand for 10 to 15 minutes before carving. (depending upon the recipe you are using you may or may not be adding any water or juice)
