How did Circle B Get Started? 

Circle B Ranch, located in SW Missouri, was started in 2009 by Marina and John Backes. The couple relocated from Branchburg, New Jersey to the lush rolling hills of the Ozark countryside. John and Marina firmly believe that an animal’s welfare is vital to the taste and appearance of the meat..

What is the Circle B Mission? 

Circle B Ranch and Marina’s Kitchen is committed to selling the highest quality pork and shelf stable products. We strive to source the best possible pure and simple ingredients that we use in our products. We feel very strongly that we “care about what you put in your body” and that starts with the best!!

 Do you have a Guarantee? 

Your complete satisfaction with your Circle B Ranch, LLC order is our first priority.
We Guarantee: Your pork order will arrive with each item individually vacuum-sealed in ready-to-cook condition. We ship the product frozen but it may defrost during shipping. Please put in freezer upon getting your box.
Non-perishable merchandise, non-meat food products, and processed meat products are guaranteed to arrive in undamaged, ready-to-use condition.
The contents of your order are packed at our facility with enough insulation and frozen gel packs to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated transit. We are not responsible for packages left out on your porch.

The product can be frozen up to one year. Please defrost in the refrigerator for the best tasting pork.

If you have any problem with your order (i.e., product condition, defective or damaged packaging, non-delivery, etc.), contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

When calling our Customer Service Department, be sure to have your Order Confirmation handy as it contains your order number, scheduled delivery date, and other important information that is specific to your order.

How Do I Cook Pork?

For our pork chops, roasts, and tenderloins, the recommended internal temperature should be cooked until it is between 145 degrees and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. You can take a look at our blog for tons of Marina’s famous recipes for all of our products!

How Do I Defrost the Pork?

Perishable foods should never be thawed on the counter or in hot water and must not be left at room temperature for more than two hours. There are safe ways to thaw food: in the refrigerator, in cold water, and in an emergency in the microwave. 

Can I Return My Order?

Do not return any order without specific authorization and instructions from our Customer Service Department. Please contact by phone (417-683-0271) or e-mail via our online contact form.
Conditions:
- We will not be held responsible for product-quality complaints received after 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- Fresh meat products are shipped via UPS or Fedex and will be left at the designated recipient address without requiring a signature.
- All frozen meat products are perishable. It is the purchaser’s choice and responsibility to notify gift recipients of the impending delivery of perishable goods.
- Circle B Ranch, LLC and its assigned shipping carriers will not be responsible for orders left unattended that are delivered to the customer-specified recipient address on the customer-requested delivery date.
- We will not be responsible for deliveries that are refused by the recipient within 48 hours of shipping from our facility. 

Shipping Information:

When will your order ship?
Minimum order for shipping is $50.00. For customers living in the Springfield, MO area there is no charge for shipping.
Circle B Ranch ships all orders out every Monday-Wednesday by 1:00 CST. The order will reach your home or business no more that two business days after the order has shipped. We will only ship Fedex or UPS overnight on Thursday and Fridays, because we do no want to risk the pork sitting on a shipping dock over the weekend and spoil. We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number when we ship. We are not responsible for a package after it leaves our facility.
Please remember that in order to receive your pork to use on the weekend we need to have your order in by 1:00 CST on Wednesday. Marina can be reached at (908) 625-7860 cell or (417) 683-0271 in case of an emergency and last minute orders. We will ONLY Ship Fedex Overnight if the order is received on Thursday or Friday if you are in agreement to pay the shipping charge. (PS-overnight can get very expensive).
We will contact you if the item you are ordering is back ordered.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
All of our products are shipping in a box with a liner with ice packs depending on the size of the order and the outside temperature. Since packaging and shipping can become expensive, it would be more cost effective to fill a box with product. Circle B only charges you what FedEx charges us.

How will my order ship?
All pork is shipped frozen from our facility but it may get to you partially defrosted. Please put in freezer upon arrival. Please remember we are not responsible for packages being left out on your porch!
