Ingredients

1 Circle B Ranch tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce, low sodium
2 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce. Pour over the pork tenderloin and let marinate for about 20 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add tenderloin, without marinade (reserve it), and cook for about 5 minutes on the first side, or until it is nicely browned. Flip the tenderloin and pour the marinade over. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Place the skillet in the oven to finish cooking. Roast for about 10 minutes, or until tenderloin is completely cooked through.
