Ingredients

• 6-Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes (I did not peel the potatoes)

• 1-large onion sliced

• 1-teaspoon dried oregano (go easy with dried oregano)

• Sprinkle of Garlic Powder

• 2 cloves of garlic dices

• 1-teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

• 1-roasting chicken cut in half

• 1 lb of Circle B Ranch Sweet Italian Sausage cut into pieces

• Wegmans Basting oil

• 2 cups Homemade Chicken Stock
